The Contacts' popup has customizable fields that can be modified based on how your company needs to organize Contact information. StreetSmart CRM includes many default fields as examples to help get your company setup and using StreetSmart CRM immediately. Contacts Record popups also include quick load pull-downs for categorizing Contacts Records on the fly. Each Contacts Record popup displays a set of tabs at the top. These tabs are used to manage information relating to a particular Contact. For example, notes, opportunities, edit history, scheduled meetings and appointments, assigned tasks, uploaded files and emails are all tracked from the Contacts Record popup view.
