| Must Have: | The ideal
candidate should have a strong career interest and proven skills in web 2.0 software
development, user interface development. - At least 3 years of JavaScript
Experience
- At least 2 years of AJAX
- At least 3 years experience
in web-based software development
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills

Strong familiarity with XML
- Familiarity with a server side programming
language (such as Python)
