| Responsibilities:

As a Client Advocate, you will be responsible
for managing StreetSmart's online suite
of small business productivity solutions,
which are offered as SaaS (Software as a
Service).
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact
for StreetSmart clients to provide site
setup, training and support.
- Develop strong relationships with key
customer personnel at all levels and pro-actively
monitor account status.
- Play a consulting role to understand/analyze
the business requirements and help clients
understand how the StreetSmart solution
best addresses their needs.
- Raise, discuss and resolve concerns/issues
with the appropriate internal teams.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist
Sales in winning new business with existing
customer base .
- Take an active role in maintaining
support documentation

| Must
Have: |
- A Minimum of 2 years experience in
customer facing function preferably with
account management experience.
- A Service minded attitude, making sure
customers are served, one way or another
- Demonstrated success in building strong,
long-term relationships with key customer
contacts at all levels, including senior
management.
- Strong communication skills, both written
and oral, and the ability to discuss technology
with both technical and non-technical
audiences.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing
client requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate software benefits
and present to audiences
- Excellent organizational and project
management skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
with excellent follow-through.
