Responsibilities:

As a Client Advocate, you will be responsible for managing StreetSmart's online suite of small business productivity solutions, which are offered as SaaS (Software as a Service).

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for StreetSmart clients to provide site setup, training and support.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels and pro-actively monitor account status.
  • Play a consulting role to understand/analyze the business requirements and help clients understand how the StreetSmart solution best addresses their needs.
  • Raise, discuss and resolve concerns/issues with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Identify sales opportunities and assist Sales in winning new business with existing customer base .
  • Take an active role in maintaining support documentation
Must Have:
  • A Minimum of 2 years experience in customer facing function preferably with account management experience.
  • A Service minded attitude, making sure customers are served, one way or another
  • Demonstrated success in building strong, long-term relationships with key customer contacts at all levels, including senior management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to discuss technology with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate software benefits and present to audiences
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with excellent follow-through.
