An upgrade of the Silver support plan is our Gold support plan that includes: Standard Automatic Software Upgrades, Online Support, 24/7 Emergency Support Line, 5hrs Phone Support for Site Administrators, and Additional Disk Space.
Cost: $30/month
Our Platinum support plan is all inclusive and provides unlimited support including: Automatic Software Upgrades, Online Support, 24/7 Emergency Support Line, On-going Administrator and End User Support and Training.
