What Level of Support do You Need?

Depending on the Cloud apps you are using, the number of users in your company, and/or whether you have an IT person on hand the level of support will vary from business to business. Choose the support plan that is right for you.
 

Standard

Our most basic support plan is provided to every SkyDesktop user and includes: Automatic Software Upgrades, Online Support, 24/7 Emergency Support Line.

Cost: FREE

 

Silver

For those users that need a little more support than the Standard plan we offer our Silver support plan, which includes: Automatic Software Upgrades, Online Support, 24/7 Emergency Support Line, 2 hrs Phone Support for Site Administrators, and Additional Disk Space.

Cost: $20/month

 

Gold

An upgrade of the Silver support plan is our Gold support plan that includes: Standard Automatic Software Upgrades, Online Support, 24/7 Emergency Support Line, 5hrs Phone Support for Site Administrators, and Additional Disk Space.

Cost: $30/month

 

Platinum

Our Platinum support plan is all inclusive and provides unlimited support including: Automatic Software Upgrades, Online Support, 24/7 Emergency Support Line, On-going Administrator and End User Support and Training.

Cost: $40/month
